Ingredients

Garlic sauce
1cup sour cream
3cloves garlic crushed
1tablespoon chives chopped
1 salt and black pepper to taste
Mustard mayonnaise
1cup sour cream or mayonnaise
1/2teaspoon dry mustard to taste
1 salt and black pepper to taste
Sour cream horseradish
1cup sour cream
3teaspoons horseradish
1x salt and black pepper
1x paprika
Hot sauce
1cup ketchup
3teaspoons worcestershire sauce
3teaspoons prepared mustard
3teaspoons horseradish

Directions

For the first three mixtures, combine all ingredients.

Chill.

For the hot sauce, combine all ingredients, bring to boil in sauce pan, serve hot.
