Ingredients

Crust
1 1/2 cups oreo cookies crumbs, reduced fat
1/4 cup margarine reduced fat, melted
3 tablespoon sugar granulated
Filling
8 ozs cream cheese (nonfat) softened
14 ozs milk, low fat, sweetened, condensed
3/4 cup peanut butter reduced fat
3 tablespoon lemon juice bottled
1 teaspoon vanilla extract pure
1 cup whipped topping, prepared thawed
2 teaspoons chocolate syrup

Directions

To prepare crust, combine crumbs, margarine, and sugar in a mixing bowl.

Press mixture firmly in a 9 inch pie pan.

Spread crumb mixture evenly in pie pan.

Chill 1 hour, or until firm. Or, bake in a 375 F oven for 10 minutes or until edges are brown.

Cool on rack before filling.

To prepare filling, combine cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.

Mix until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.

Turn into crust.

Chill 4 hours or until set.
