| 8 | ounce | pineapple, canned | crushed, drained |
| 1/2 | cup | green bell pepper | chopped |
| 1/4 | cup | onion | finely chopped |
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
Stir in cheese sauce until combined.
Add remaining ingredients. Transfer to a serving bowl; serve immediately.
