| 1 | each | chocolate crumb pie crust | |
| 1 | can | milk, low fat, sweetened, condensed | |
| 1 | teaspoon | peppermint | |
| 2 | cups | whipped cream |
In large mixer bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, peppermint extract and, if desired, food coloring.
Fold in whipped cream.
Turn into crust; cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
Garnish as desired. Freeze
