Ingredients

2 packages cream cheese (nonfat)
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 each egg whites or egg substitute
1 x graham crackers for crust

Directions

Soften cream cheese and add rest of ingredients.

Blend until smooth and pour into crust.

Could add lemon juice and zest to make a lemony cheesecake.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
