| 3 1/2 | cups | strawberries, sweetened, frozen | |
| 1/2 | cup | sugar | preferably instant-dissolving |
| 1/2 | cup | yogurt, non-fat | plain |
| 1 | tablespoon | lemon juice |
Combine strawberries and sugar in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped.
Combine yogurt and lemon juice in a measuring cup; with the machine on, gradually pour the mixture through the feed tube.
Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the workbowl once or twice.
Serve immediately.

This is an excellent recipe, we used zuccini instead of the summer squash, tasted great, the fennel added the very nice flavours, we love garlic, we used more garlic, great!
