Ingredients

4 each chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless
2/3 cup yogurt, plain
1 cup corn flake crumbs
1 x spices of your choice

Directions

Mixx spices into crumbs.

Coat chicken with yogurt.

Roll in crumbs to coat.

Place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake in a 350 degree F oven for about one hour.
