Ingredients

2 pounds turkey ground
3 each onions chopped
2 tablespoons garlic minced, heaping
4 tablespoons curry powder heaping
2 quarts spaghetti sauce canned or jarred
4 cups carrots chopped
4 cups broccoli florets chopped
4 cups celery chopped
4 cups cauliflower florets chopped
16 ounces green beans canned
1/3 pound pasta shells boxed, or 2 lb. diced potatoes
1 x water to cover

Directions

Brown turkey with onions and garlic. Add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer 15 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes.
