| 16 | ounces | refried beans | can |
| 1 | package | taco seasoning mix | |
| 1 1/2 | pounds | ground beef | browned |
| 1 | package | flour tortillas | |
| 1 | x | lettuce | shredded |
| 1 | x | onions | diced |
| 1 | x | tomatoes | sliced |
| 1 | small | string beans | can french |
| 1 | x | cheddar cheese | grated |
| 1 | x | olives | diced , optional |
| 1 | small | mexicorn | can |
| 1 | small | beets | can julienne |
Mix together browned hamburger, refried beans, Shilling taco mix.
Heat through.
Warm tortilla shells by wrapping in a damp kitchen towel and placing in a warm oven (250-300 degrees).
Lay warmed tortilla shell flat on plate.
Put layer of hamburger mix and cheddar cheese on shell, roll up so fold is against the plate.
Sprinkle more cheese on top, place under broiler until cheese melt.
Remove from oven and put lettuce, beets, corn, olives, onions, green beans, and tomatoes on top.
Put on salad dressing of choice: Creamy, Ranch, or Italian are good.

You're making pastry cream for a banana cream pie for dessert tomorrow. Chilling it overnight should render it appetizingly ...
Very easy and good. I used only green peppers and added a small, sliced onion while sauting. I also added a second can of stewed tomatos as I like more sauce and I used bowtie pasta. It's a keeper.
