| 10 | ounces | green peas | english |
| 1/4 | medium | head lettuce | |
| 3 | ounces | lettuce | fresh |
| 3 | ounces | spinach | leaves, fresh |
| 1/2 | cup | scallions, spring or green onions | chopped |
| 2 | teaspoons | chicken bouillon, powdered | |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 1 1/4 | cups | water | |
| 1/4 | cup | milk, skim |
Comine English peas, lettuce, spinach, green onions, bouillion granules, chervil and pepper in a large saucepan; stir in water.
Cover and bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes.
Process mixture to saucepan, and stir in milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until thoroughly heated.

I made these Christmas time and my boyfriend (who doesn't like coconut) loved these bars. Everybody who tried them just loved them and they are sooooo simple to make. They also freeze well!
