Ingredients

1 pound ground chunk beef
1 small onion chopped
2 each consomme beef, 2 can
2 tablespoons soy sauce, light
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 each mushrooms sliced, drained, 1 jar
1 cup rice raw
1 x salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

Brown hamburger & onion.

Add remaining ingredients.

Cover and simmer until rice is done.

To serve, put on top a dollop of sour cream and sprinkle with toasted slivered almonds.
