Ingredients

1 cup apricot preserves or peach
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons ketchup
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a 1-quart glass measuring pitcher.

Cook uncovered in microwave oven 2-1/2 to 3 minutes at High, stir once.
