Ingredients

7 cups cucumbers sliced
2 cups sugar
1 cup sweet onions sliced
1 cup white vinegar
1 each sweet bell pepper finely sliced
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon celery seeds

Directions

Combine cucumbers, onion, and bell pepper in a large bowl.

Add the sugar, vinegar, salt and celery seed.

Mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving.

For a different taste, add garlic, dill, oregano, or hot pepper sauce.

Crock Pot Venison Barbecue

At least 18 friends have tasted this recipe and all rave about how great great it tasts and of course they ask for my secret recipie (da! it's my secret recipie folks!). I have also made it with bear meat yes bear meat, beef and chicken. Melts in your mouth. Try it! If you like sweet barbecue flaver you'll love this one.
