| 1 | each | pie shell (9 inch) | |
| 1/2 | cup | butterscotch chips | |
| 1 | cup | pecans | chopped, or pieces |
| 1/4 | cup | butter | melted |
| 1/2 | cup | sugar | |
| 1/2 | cup | corn syrup, white | |
| 2 | large | eggs |
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Scatter butterscotch chips and pecan pieces into prepared pie shell.
3. Beat together butter, sugar, corn syrup and eggs in a medium sized bowl.
4. Pour over nuts and butterscotch chips.
5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
If pie browns t o quickly, cover with aluminum foil after 20 minutes.
7. Cool completely on wire rack.
