| 8 | ounces | pasta | |
| 4 | ounces | cream cheese | |
| 1/2 | cup | milk | |
| 2 | tablespoons | parsley leaves | fresh, chopped |
| 1 | clove | garlic | minced |
| 1 | each | scallions, spring or green onions | chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated | |
| 1 | x | salt and black pepper | to taste |
1. Cook your favourite pasta until al dente.
2. Melt cream cheese and milk over medium heat. Add parsley, green onion, garli c, salt and pepper.
3. Stir in parmesan cheese, toss with cooked pasta and serve.
Notes: Make sure cheese sauce does not boil.
If too thick, add extra milk 1 Tbsp at a time.
