Ingredients

2 2/3 cups flour, all-purpose
2 teaspoons baking soda
2/3 cups cocoa powder
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups water
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2/3 cups vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vinegar

Directions

Sift dry ingredients into a bowl. Add liquid. Mix well. Transfer to 13x9x2 inch pan. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes.

Patti's Jambalaya

I cut back a little on the Cayenne (others may want to double up). I also added 2 large garlic cloves, chopped fine. I used medium-sized frozen shrimp (yeah, I know, lol) but took the tails off and cut them in half for more bites to the spoonful! WOW!! 5 stars!
