| 1 | teaspoon | curry powder | |
| 1 | small | onion | chopped, about 1/4 cup |
| 2 | cups | chicken | cooked, cut up |
| 1/3 | cup | raisins, seedless | |
| 1 | small | apple | red, uncored, coarsely chopped |
| 10 3/4 | ounces | soup, cream of chicken | condensed |
| 1 | can | water | measured using soup can |
| 2 | cups | rice | hot cooked |
| 1 | x | peanuts | chopped, if desired |
Cook margarine, curry powder and onion in 3-quart saucepan over medium heat about 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until onion is tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients except rice and peanuts.
Cook, stirring occasionally until hot.
Serve over rice. sprinkle with peanuts. 4 servings.
