| 4 | each | chicken breasts | boneless |
| 1 | can | mushroom soup | |
| 1/4 | cup | bread crumbs | buttered |
| 1/4 | cup | wine | sherry or white |
| 4 | cups | cheese | swiss or monterey jack |
Completely coat the inside of your casserole with mayonnaise.
Cover chicken with cheese.
Mix the soup and the wine and pour over all.
Cover with crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until chicken is tender.

Good, though the fruit burnt slightly for us. Would have been better with Chicken Breasts, we thought.
