| 1 | cup | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1/4 | cup | rolled oats | quick cooking |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons | sugar | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/3 | cup | vegetable oil | |
| 1/4 | cup | milk | |
| Filling | |||
| 6 | cups | apples | peeled, sliced |
| 3 1/4 | ounces | coconut cream | or vanilla |
| 1 | x | pudding mix | or pie |
| 1/2 | cup | american cheese | shredded |
| 1/3 | cup | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1/3 | cup | sugar | |
| 1/4 | cup | rolled oats | quick cooking |
| 3 | tablespoons | margarine | softened |
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
In a 9andquot; pie pan,combine all crust ingredients and mix well.
Press crumbs in bottom and up sides of pie pan.
Do not press onto rim.
In a large bowl,combine apples and dry pudding mix;spoon into unbaked crust.
Sprinkle apples with cheese.
In same bowl,combine remaining ingredients until crumbly;sprinkle them over cheese.
Bake @ 375 degrees for 40 - 50 minutes or until light golden brown and apples are tender.
Serve warm.Makes 8 servings.
