| 1 | tablespoon | vegetable oil | |
| 1 | pound | ground beef, lean | drained |
| 3 | cups | water | |
| 16 | ounces | tomato sauce | |
| 1 | package | onion soup mix | |
| 1 | x | parsley leaves | chopped |
| 1 | bag | noodles | uncooked |
Brown ground meat (in oil if desired) stirring to break up meat.
Drain fat.
Sprinkle uncooked noodles over meat, combine water, soup mix and tomato sauce.
Pour over noodles and meat. DO NOT STIR.
Cover and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer about 30 minutes or until noodles are tender.
Stir, sprinkle with parsley and serve.

This was a great recipe. It tasted fabulous. A little runny though. Rec substituting dry curd cottage cheese instead of ricotta.
