Ingredients

1 x flatbread
1 cup spaghetti sauce
2 cups mushrooms sliced
1 cup cheese low-fat, shredded

Directions

Preheat electric oven to 400 degrees F.

Place bread on a baking sheet; spread with sauce.

Top with choice of vegetables and cheese.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and is golden brown.

Dorothy's Sweet and Sour Chicken

2/26/01- this is a great receipe, my family loved it. The only thing I will change next time I make it, is double up on the sweet and sour sauce, it was a little dry, but the flavor was excellent. Thank you for this reciepe.-Marilyn/Tx
