| 1 | package | carrots | sliced |
| 1 | package | celery | sliced |
| 2 | each | green bell peppers | sliced |
| 1 | pound | sausage | |
| 1 | pound | cheddar cheese |
Put enough oil in the oven to cover the bottom.
Sear the meat.
Add the stew seasoning.
Stir in onions. Cook for 20-30 minutes. Layer from bottom totop.
Cook until vegetables are done.
Add the sausage on top.
