Ingredients

1 pound stewing beef
1 package seasoning for stewing
3 each onions cut
6 each potatoes sliced
1 package carrots sliced
1 package celery sliced
2 each green bell peppers sliced
1 pound sausage
1 pound cheddar cheese

Directions

Put enough oil in the oven to cover the bottom.

Sear the meat.

Add the stew seasoning.

Stir in onions. Cook for 20-30 minutes. Layer from bottom totop.

Cook until vegetables are done.

Add the sausage on top.
