| 1 | each | brownie mix | |
| 1 | cup | miniature marshmallows | |
| 1 | cup | peanut butter chips | |
| 1 | tablespoon | vegetable shortening | |
| 1 1/2 | cups | crisp rice cereal |
Make one recipe brownies from basic cookie mix.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven. Evenly sprinkle miniature marshmallows over brownies.
Return to oven.
Bake 5 additional minutes. Remove from oven; cool in pan.
Combine peanut butter chips and shortening in the top of a double boiler over hot, NOT boiling water.
Stir until melted. Add the rice cereal; stir until thoroughly coated.
Spread over top of marshmallows.
Cool until set. Cut into squares.1

This is the best chicken I have made so far,even the kids love it!
To make the kebabs, you’ll need eight 10-inch wooden or bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 20 minutes. Metal skewers may overcook the lamb, so use only metal if you like your meat well done.
