| 1 3/4 | cup | sugar | |
| 1 3/4 | cup | flour, all-purpose | |
| 2 | teaspoons | baking soda | |
| 1 | teaspoon | baking powder | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 5 | ounces | chocolate unsweetened | melted |
| 1 | cup | coffee | lukewarm, brewed, strong, black |
| 3/4 | cups | sour cream | |
| 1/4 | cup | vegetable oil | |
| 1 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |
| 6 | ounces | white chocolate | |
| 1/4 | cup | butter | NOT margarine |
| 1/4 | cup | heavy whipping cream |
Grease and flour (use cocoa) 9 inch springform. Mix all in order.
Bake 350F for 35-40 minutes, until a toothpick comes out of the center clean.
Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Push handle of a wooden spoon into the cake to make holes all over the top.
Melt white chocolate along with butter and whipping cream. Beat smooth and cool slightly. Pour into holes in cake and cool. Cover with whipped cream, drizzle chocolate over top.
This cake is great for chocolate lovers such as myself who adore chocolate.

I made this recipe for dinner and oh oh oh it was good. I did have to make one adjustment though, I didn't have mozarella on hand so I used regular cheddar on the inside and provolone on the top and it came out super. thumbs up for the dish maker....
