| 1/2 | cup | lentils, green | (urad dal) |
| 2 | teaspoons | salt |
Soak the rice and dal separately in slightly warm water for 2 - 8 hours. Grind separately to a smooth paste and mix in a large vessel with salt. Mix thoroughly (use blender if possible). Ferment for 12 hours.

We love Indian foods, yesterday we tried this corn flatbread, it was really great, we followed the directions, and the flatbread were beautiful, golden and brown, we used more green chiles, adding more spicy, definetly our home keeper.
