Ingredients

1 large onion
2 tablespoons butter
1 pound ground beef
1 cup pasta, macaroni
1 cup soup, tomato
3/4 cup water
1 x salt and black pepper

Directions

Saute onions in butter.

Add ground beef and rown. Season while onion and meat are browning.

Cook macaroni. Stir macaroni into meat mixture, add tomato soup and water.

Simmer in heavy skillet, covered 15 minutes.

Serve with lettuce salad and cornbread.
