Ingredients

1 package chocolate (semi-sweet) (8 oz)
1/2 cup marshmallow topping
1/2 cup walnuts chopped
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk

Directions

1. Place chopped chocolate in a bowl with marshmellow topping, 2. Combine sugar and evaporated milk in a 2-quart saucepan; cook and stir over minutes, stirring constantly.

3. Carefull pour boiling sugar-milk mixture over chocolate mixture and stir until chocolate is melted.

Pour into a buttered 8-inch square pan.

Chill until firm; about one hour. Cut into squares.

Makes 1 1/2 lbs. 3 doz pieces Mocha Almond Fudge: Prepare Dorchester Fudge as directed; using chopped, toasted almonds for the walnuts and adding 2 teaspoons instant coffee powder to the sugar-milk mixture.

Buttermilk Fried Chicken with Gravy

This recipe was great! I used chicken strips instead. I double dipped them as opposed to just once and that gave them an even cripisier coating. I made this for my younger brothers' birthday dinner and he loved them! He said, "These are so good, I can't even describe them." I'm sure that he'll be requesting them again soon.
