Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds potatoes steamed, cut in chunks
1 cup green peas cooked and drained
1/2 cup celery chopped
dressing
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic halved
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup yogurt, plain
6 each scallions, spring or green onions finely sliced
6 tablespoons dill weed fresh, chopped
1 x black pepper freshly ground
1 sprigs dill weed, fresh fresh, for garnish

Directions

Prepare potatoes and peas.

Set aside to cool; add celery.

Sprinkle salt in a salad bowl.

Rub garlic around bowl; discard garlic.

Add vinegar, mustard, sugar, mayonnaise, yogurt, scallions and dill.

Mix until combined.

Add potatoes, peas and celery, along with freshly ground pepper to taste.

Mix together gently.

Garnish with sprigs of dill.

Quick And Easy Dinner

my husband and i really enjoyed this. we dont have kids yet, so we had so much leftover! but we enjoyed all of it. the meat was so tender. quick and easy.
