| 2 | cups | biscuit baking mix (bisquick) | |
| 3/4 | cup | milk | |
| 1 | x | eggs | |
| 1 | x | salt and black pepper | |
| 14 | ounces | tuna, canned | drained |
| 1/2 | cup | cheese slices, processed | sharp, shredded |
| 1 | tablespoon | onion | chopped |
| 1/4 | cup | pimiento | chopped |
| 1/3 | cup | celery | chopped |
| Tuna celery sauce | |||
| 1 | each | soup, cream of celery | canned |
| 1 | cup | milk | |
| 1/2 | each | tuna, canned | |
Heat oven to 400 deg.
Grease 9x9 inch pan.
Mix Biscuit mix, milk, eggs, salt and pepper.
Beat vigorously 30 sec.
Stir in 1 1/2 cans tuna, 1/4c cheese, onion, pimiento and celery.
Pour into prepared pan; sprinkle remaining 1/4c cheese over top.
Bake 30-35 mins.
Serve hot with Tuna Celery Sauce.
Tuna Celery Sauce:
In small saucepan,mix soup, milk and remaining tuna.
Heat through.
