Ingredients

2 cups biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
3/4 cup milk
1 x eggs
1 x salt and black pepper
14 ounces tuna, canned drained
1/2 cup cheese slices, processed sharp, shredded
1 tablespoon onion chopped
1/4 cup pimiento chopped
1/3 cup celery chopped
Tuna celery sauce
1 each soup, cream of celery canned
1 cup milk
1/2 each tuna, canned

Directions

Heat oven to 400 deg.

Grease 9x9 inch pan.

Mix Biscuit mix, milk, eggs, salt and pepper.

Beat vigorously 30 sec.

Stir in 1 1/2 cans tuna, 1/4c cheese, onion, pimiento and celery.

Pour into prepared pan; sprinkle remaining 1/4c cheese over top.

Bake 30-35 mins.

Serve hot with Tuna Celery Sauce.

Tuna Celery Sauce:

In small saucepan,mix soup, milk and remaining tuna.

Heat through.
