| 3/4 | stick | butter | |
| 3 | large | eggs | |
| 3 | tablespoons | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1 1/2 | cups | sugar | |
| 1 | cup | pineapple, canned | drained, crushed |
| 1 | cup | coconut flakes | |
| 1 | 9 inch | pie shell (9 inch) | unbaked |
Melt butter and mix with remaining ingredients.
Pour filling into unbaked pie shell and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F. or until set and brown.
Easy to prepare, great tasting, real crowd pleaser, plus it travels well.
