Ingredients

3/4stick butter
3large eggs
3tablespoons flour, all-purpose
1 1/2cups sugar
1cup pineapple, canned drained, crushed
1cup coconut flakes
19 inch pie shell (9 inch) unbaked

Directions

Melt butter and mix with remaining ingredients.

Pour filling into unbaked pie shell and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F. or until set and brown.
