| 1 | cup | orange lentils | |
| 2 | teaspoons | curry powder | |
| 1 | teaspoon | ginger | ground |
| 1 | teaspoon | garlic powder | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | cumin | |
| 1 | cup | basmati rice |
Place lentils in decorative container.
In a small bowl, combine spices well and place them in a jar or small plastic bag.
Seal tightly.
Place the rice in another decorative jar or plastic bag.
Or, slide seasoning packet and rice packet into jar with lentils.

Great combination of flavors, the sweet flavor of the red bell pepper and the sweet potato complimented the goat cheese nicely. Easy main dish, I served it with a garden salad.
