A fresh take on spinach salad. This sweet and savory salad is a wonderful alternative to the bacon and tomato variety.

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients for dressing in a jar with a lid. Shake and taste, adjusting the ingredients according to your preference. Set aside. This is best done at least an hour before serving to "marry" the flavors.

  2. Add all remaining ingredients, except the Wonton Strips, to a large salad bowl.

  3. Add dressing a little at a time, so as not to drench the salad.

  4. When serving, add the Wonton strips to the top of the salad.

It looks so refreshing and tasty. This is my kind of salad, I will love the combination of fruits, veggies and nuts, yum. In the dressing, I will add our roasted chili curry power. Sweet, sour and slightly spicy flavor with some refreshing crunch in each bite, a great side dish! Thanks for another good recipe with photo :-)
