Ingredients

6 slices turkey bacon cooked, crumbled
1/2 cup milk, skim
1/2 cup biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
3 large eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise spread
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup cheddar cheese grated

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Prepare a 9 inch pie pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside.

In a food processor, combine milk, baking mix, eggs, spread, and black pepper.

Process for 15 seconds. Pour into prepared pan.

Sprinkle bacon and cheese on top; gently press below surface with a fork.

Bake for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Chicken Fried Rice
