| 6 | ounces | chocolate chips | |
| 1/3 | cup | corn syrup, light | |
| 1 | tablespoon | butter | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | cinnamon | ground |
| 4 | cups | cereal | honey graham |
| 1 1/2 | cups | miniature marshmallows |
Mix first five ingredients in a 3 quart casserole dish.
Cover tightly and microwave on high to boiling, approx. 2 1/2 to 3 minutes depending on wattage of microwave and then stir.
Fold in cereal until completely coated with chocolate.
Fold in marshmallows.
Press mixture evenly with buttered back of spoon in a greased 9x9 inch baking pan.
Let stand at room temperature about 1 hour.
Cut into about 2 inch squares.

We really enjoyed this dish. Even my picky 7 year old ate it. Be careful not to put in too much lemon juice or it takes over.
