Ingredients

1can tuna, canned white, packed in water, drained and flaked
1can water chestnuts drained &
1cup celery chopped
1/2cup carrots shredded
1/4cup scallions, spring or green onions sliced
1/4cup mayonnaise low calorie
1tablespoon dijon mustard
1teaspoon soy sauce
1/4teaspoon black pepper

Directions

In Large Bowl, Combine All Ingredients.

Cover and Chill. Line Two Plates With Lettuce.

Spoon Half Of Tuna Salad Onto Each Plate.

Note: May Use Low Fat Yogurt in Place Of Mayonnaise.
