| 2 | pounds | ground chuck (ground beef) | |
| 1 | each | onion | finely chopped |
| 8 | ounces | tomato sauce | can |
| 3/4 | cups | crackers | saltine crackers, crushed |
| 2 | teaspoons | worcestershire sauce | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoon | dry mustard | |
| 1/2 | pound | sausage, bulk | |
| 3 | each | garlic cloves | minced |
| 1/2 | cup | ketchup | |
| 2 | large | eggs | |
| 2 | teaspoons | seasoned salt | |
| 2 | each | potatoes | peeled, thinly sliced |
| 1/3 | cup | brown sugar | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | nutmeg |
Combine all loaf ingredients except potatoes and suce ingredients. Mix well and shape into a loaf. Place potatoes in bottom of crockpot. Top potatoes with meatloaf. Pour sauce over all. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 12 hours.
