Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil
4 each garlic cloves crushed
1 each onion chopped
1 each sweet red bell pepper red pepper, chopped
1 each green bell pepper chopped
1 each zucchini chopped
1 each mushrooms, canned
28 ounces tomatoes, canned stewed, italian style
6 ounces tomato paste one can
1/4 pound hot sausage
2 each chicken breasts
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1 dash red pepper flakes optional

Directions

Heat oil in skillet. Sautee onion and garlic until light brown. Remove. Add sausage and chicken to brown in the skillet. Drain and pat dry. In crockpot combine all other ingredients together with the onions and garlic. Add the sausage then top with the chicken breasts. Cover and cook on low setting 6-8 hrs.

Roasted Sticky Chicken
