| 1/2 | cup | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoon | dry mustard | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | garlic powder | |
| 6 | each | pork loin chops | |
| 2 | tablespoons | vegetable oil | |
| 1 | each | soup, chicken and rice | can |
Mix first four ingredients (flour to garlic powder). Coat pork chops with flour mixture. Fry in oil in skillet until well browned on both sides. Place in crockpot. Pour soup over chops. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or on high for 4 hours.
