Ingredients

2 cups lentils
1 cup masoor dal
4 each potatoes red, washed, chopped
1/2 cup pearl barley
2 each onions chopped
4 each garlic cloves, minced
4 cups water
2 tablespoons curry powder or more, to taste
1 teaspoon five spice powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons soy sauce
4 cups basmati rice or regular, cooked
2 cups cabbage
2 cups vegetable stock

Directions

Put all ingredients into the crockpot. Stir well to mix thoroughly. Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours. Serve with the rice.
