| 1 | pound | ground beef | |
| 1 | each | onion | chopped |
| 4 1/2 | ounces | hot chili peppers | can, chopped |
| 1 | each | enchilada sauce | can, mild |
| 10 1/2 | ounces | soup, golden mushroom | |
| 10 1/2 | ounces | soup, cheddar cheese, condensed | |
| 10 1/2 | ounces | soup, cream of mushroom | |
| 10 1/2 | ounces | soup, cream of celery | |
| 1 | each | vinegar | package |
Brown hamburger and chopped onion, pour off grease. Put all ingredients in crockpot except doritos chips. Mix and cook low 4 to 6 hours. Last 15 minutes before you are ready to eat, add dorito chips and stir.
It was definately not anything like enchiladas. I will never spend my time or my money making it again.
