This crock pot cranberry cider combines cranberry juice and apple cider with sugar, cinnamon sticks, and a whole orange studded with cloves. A few hours of gentle simmering and you’ve got a warm, fragrant punch that serves 10.
Ladle it into mugs, garnish with an orange slice and a cinnamon stick, and let your guests think you fussed.
Kitchen Tips
- Stud the orange with 8 to 10 whole cloves, pushing them into the skin like little pins
- Keep the crock pot on warm after simmering so guests can serve themselves all evening
- For an adults-only version, add a shot of spiced rum or bourbon to each mug
- Cut the sugar back to ¼ cup if your apple cider is already on the sweet side
