| 8 | each | chicken drumsticks | skinned |
| 1 1/2 | cups | bread crumbs | whole wheat |
| 1/4 | cup | parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated | grated |
| 2 | tablespoons | parsley leaves | minced |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | garlic powder | |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 1/3 | cup | milk, skim |
Rinse chicken with cold water, and pat dry.
Combine bread crumbs and other ingredients (except milk),
stirring well.
Dip drumsticks in skim milk.
Dredge in breadcrumb mixture, coating well. Place drumsticks in a 10x6x2 inch baking dish sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or till tender.
