Ingredients

2 each crepes
2 teaspoons cream cheese heaping ts
2 tablespoons sour cream
1/2 cup strawberries
1 x sugar
1 x butter
1 x liqueur strawberry flavor
1 x kirsch (cherry brandy)

Directions

Make crepes by your favorite recipe.

Roll cream cheese and sour cream in crepes and put on a plate.

Cook stawberries in sugar and a small amount of butter.

Flame in strawberry liqueur and kirsch and pour over crepes.
