Ingredients

1 cup quinoa rinsed
2 1/2 cups edensoy
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon tahini
2 tablespoons barley malt syrup
2 tablespoons water cold
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg grated

Directions

Put Quinoa, Edensoy and salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

Add sesame butter and Barley Malt Syrup.

Mix well.

Add Kudzu, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Add vanilla and spices.

Top with your choice of nuts or fruit.

Filets with Tarragon Butter

I followed the recipe as directed, but, by the time I allowed the steaks to rest for several hours, my guests were so drunk that I had to ask them to leave. And, the steaks were so cold that the tarragon butter would not melt. However, they tasted great the next day! Thanks, CrockPot Carlo
