| 1/3 | cup | hot pepper rings | chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | hot pepper rings | liquid |
| 2 | tablespoons | onion | finely chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | jelly | apple, or orange |
| 2 | tablespoons | celery | finely chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | sweet pepper | finely chopped |
| 1/4 | cup | hot pepper rings | for garnish |
In a medium bowl, stir in cream cheese until smooth.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover; refrigerate until serving time, at least 2 hours.
Garnish with pepper rings.
Serve with fresh vegetables or crackers for dipping.
