| 1/4 | cup | mayonnaise | eggless |
| 2 | tablespoons | lemon juice | |
| 2 | cups | noodles | cooked |
| 4 | each | scallions, spring or green onions | chopped |
| 6 | ounces | artichoke hearts | drained and sliced |
| 1 1/2 | tablespoons | basil | fresh or dried |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt |
Stir the eggless mayonnaise and lemon juice into the noodles.
Add the green onions, artichoke hearts, basil, and salt and mix well.
If the salad is too dry, add more mayonnaise and/or lemon juice.
