| 1 1/2 | pounds | ground beef | |
| 1/2 | cup | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 2 | teaspoons | beef bouillon granules | |
| 3/4 | cup | milk, skim, (non fat) powder | |
| 3 | cups | water | warm |
| 1 | teaspoon | worcestershire sauce |
Brown beef in its own fat in skillet.
Drain excess fat.
Add flour, pepper, salt and bouillon to beef; mix thoroughly and cook about 5 minutes or until flour is absorbed.
Reconstitute milk, add to beef mixture.
Add Worcestershire sauce, heat to a simmer, stirring frequently until thickened.
Serve over hot toast or biscuits.

Not that I need an excuse to be naughty or indulgent, but with Halloween right around the corner I thought some wicked recipes...
This is a wonderfull and light dessert to offer people as a contrast to the heavy holiday meals and desserts normally offered at this time.
