| 3 | cups | pancake mix | |
| 3 | cups | cream of wheat | |
| 4 | cups | milk | 1% lowfat |
| 6 | each | egg | |
| 12 | teaspoons | vegetable oil | |
| 1 | x | nonstick cooking spray |
Spray griddle with cooking spray.
In bowl, combine pancake mix and cereal.
Blend milk, egg and vegetable oil; stir into cereal mixture.
Pour scant 1/4 c batter onto hot griddle for each pancake.
Cook until bubbly, turn and cook until golden brown.
Repeat with remaining batter.
