| 2 | cups | broth | |
| 1/2 | cup | celery leaves | |
| 2 | cups | water | |
| 1 1/2 | cups | cream, half and half | |
| 4 | sprigs | mint | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | soy sauce |
Melt butter; add onion and sauté 5 minutes.
Stir in flour and broth.
Add seasonings, pecans, and celery leaves; simmer 10 minutes.
Stir in cream and simmer 5 minutes longer.
Serve with mint.
