| 1 | teaspoon | lemon juice | or lime juice |
| 1 | teaspoon | cayenne pepper | |
| 1 | cup | onions | chopped |
| 1 | teaspoon | mint | dried |
| 1 | x | bacon drippings | |
| 1 | tablespoon | parsley leaves | dried |
Brown meat in bacon drippings.
Combine all other ingredients with meat and bring to a boil.
Simmer for a few hours.
